A 3-part first day for half-day kindergarten:

Part 1: The bus stop

There's just something about putting your child on a school bus and watching them drive away.  Definitely pulls at the heartstrings.

Part 2: The school

Emmy was, of course, first in line, and started in right away with getting to know Ms. Finch.

Part 3: The bus stop again

She thought kindergarten was kinda boring, but you probably would too if you were used to hanging out with Drew and me all day.  Good thing our Grand Ridge Kindergarteners are being bussed to Endeavour so she can ride the bus, which ended up being her favorite part of the day!
