 Drew was soooooo excited about having his own alarm clock.  So sad for him that he missed all the 7's!  (He knows his clock has to say 7:00 for him to get up).

It was our first Thanksgiving "alone" in the 19 years we've been married (thank you high school basketball), so we did some untraditional things like working on our cute little fixer-upper we just bought in the neighborhood, shopping this afternoon, and eating store-bought pumpkin pie.  This is what happens when Steve and Jill are in charge.

 The Friday BEFORE Thanksgiving, these girls didn't have school!!!  So off to Color Me Mine we went!

 Then that night, we brought the older sisters with us for some chick-fil-a!  Brand new in Pleasanton!!

SWEET 16!!!!

 At lunch,  we took him some Jimmy John's--new here in Pleasanton!!  OH yeah.

 And this wasn't the only party, either!

 Before the Stake dance on Saturday, we had about 12 friends over to help Jake celebrate and then they went off to the Stake dance! (Devin, Ty, Clyde, Coleman, Ruby, Kate, Rachel, Taylor, Devyn, Emma, Summer, Myles).  I wish I had a picture of that group but teenagers and pictures don't exactly go well together.  Unless it's a selfie and they're on Snapchat.
